This year we will be hosting our second event at our new location in Sebring FL. The area has a lot to offer including golfing, fishing, museums or even take the wheel of a race car (
Things to do in Sebring FL). This is a great opportunity to get back in flying shape and to get current on your formation qualifications. Even if your are not interested in flying formation you are welcome and encouraged to attend. Our Proposed Schedule is as follows:

Special Notes:
1. This schedule is subject to change. Check back often.
2. We will have limited ground transportation to/from the hotel. Rental cars are available
3. The event fee will cover daily coffee, drinks and snacks as well as lunch through the week and the dinner on Saturday and Monday. All other meal/drink expenses are yours.
4. Book your hotel early (now) the race track has an event this weekend and hotel rooms in the area will be difficult to secure. You can always cancel but it can get tricky to get rooms if you wait to long.
5. Fueling will be provided by on site by fuel truck with our standard "Prop Tag" system. You can download the fuel form below. 6. For indoor parking please contact the FBO
Hotels:
We were able to get a limited number of rooms (25) at the Seven Raceway Hotel.
The hotel is within walking distance of the Airport but you may want to take the shuttle or have a car.
You must call the hotel directly and ask for the T-34 Association block in order to get the rate.
The block rate expires on March 20th or once the rooms sell out.

Ground Transportation:
We will have 2 8-passanger vans during the event.
Some attendees get their own rental care and normally we have enough cars to transport everyone.
Uber and Lyft are available in the area.
