What a great way to kick off the New Year in 2026. This Year the entire event is going to be in San Diego. No trip to Palm Springs.
Guest Speaker this year will be none other than Bill Cherwin.
Bill Cherwin, retired United Airlines captain and aviation icon, served as past president of the T-34 Association and lead pilot for the legendary Lima Lima six-ship formation team. With decades at the controls of the Beechcraft T-34 Mentor, he pioneered civilian aerobatics, choreographing precision routines that wowed crowds nationwide and raised the bar for safety in FAST-certified flying. Cherwin's expertise shaped countless pilots, blending airline discipline with formation artistry.
For those without cards and those who need a little extra time please show up at Circle Air for an in person ground school and we can get you registered and ready. If you are currently a carded fast wingman, you may show up Thursday anytime but be ready to go. We will have a busy few days.
Daily there will be some breakfast treats and coffee. We will talk about the day and start the brief at 0800. We will once again be using the Circle Air Groups FBO and Conference rooms.
