Texas Air Aces N141SW

On December 7, 2004, Texas Air Aces lost another T-34A near Houston, Texas. As with the first two, it lost a wing, and crashed. NTSB identification number is DEN05FA032.

FAA ACS 12-10-04 12/10/04 Following the crash of Texas Air Aces second T-34 on December 7, 2004, the FAA asked for input from "industry type club organizations, owners/operators and the manufacturer to help in the long-term airworthiness solution for the safety and continued airworthiness of these airplanes" via an Airworthiness Concern Sheet (ACS).
