Formation Proficiency Report (FPR) for documenting currency and competency of formation pilots. PDF version is "print only". The RTF version allows you to type in the information and then print. Just about any word processing program should be able to open an RTF document. Microsoft Word DOC and DOCX copies are also downloadable. The only change in the Feb 2011 update is the email address for the T-34 Association FAST contact.
