Obtaining a FAST card
In order to obtain a FAST card from
the T-34 Association
you need to:
-
Be a current member of the T-34
Association
-
Send Formation Proficiency
Report (FPR) to our FAST coordinator (address below)
-
Pay FAST dues via PayPal™ or send a check made out to the
T-34 Association for $10.00 to our FAST Administrator
(address below)

flight is the pilot who signs the FPR.
