1/16/62 Deteriorated flexible oil pickup hoses located within the engine oil tank will allow air to be drawn into the engine oil supply line. This can cause serious engine and propeller overspeeds due to improper propeller governing or engine damage from inadequate lubrication. Applies to T-34A (A45) only.

8/16/01 Supersedes AD 99-12-02. This AD requires repetitive inspections of the wing spar assembly for cracks with replacement of any wing spar assembly found cracked. This AD also includes a reporting requirement of the results of the initial inspection and maintains the flight and operating restrictions required by AD 99-12-02 until accomplishment of the initial inspection.

NPRM re Tail AD 7/31/06 NPRM (Notice of Proposed rule Making) to change the method of inspecting the spar in the horizontal stab from dye penetrant to surface eddy current. Official title: FAA–2006–25105; Directorate Identifier 2006–CE–33–AD.
