On April 19, 1999, a T-34A flown by Sky
Warriors near Atlanta, Georgia, lost a wing and crashed. On November
19, 2003, a Texas Air Aces T-34A lost a wing and crashed. On December
7, 2004, Texas Air Aces lost another T-34 when a wing came off.

New AD for Horizontal Tail. A new
airworthiness directive that supersedes AD 62–24–01, which applies
to all Raytheon Aircraft Company Beech Models 45 (YT–34), A45
(T–34A, B45), and D45 (T–34B) airplanes has been published.

600 Hour AMOC approved -- With bolt hole inspection of center
section the G and airspeed limits are lifted. "New metal" must still

section AMOC -- Saunders
Strap -- Originally intended to address the wing spar AD, the
Saunders Strap is also an FAA approved AMOC for the center section
AD. The strap is not currently available but given enough orders
AviaDesign will have some more made.

"H-beam" -- The H-beam can be
installed on any T-34 with the Parks wing spar AMOC. Click the link

T-34 Spar Corp's center section AMOC --
